It is time again to recognize our show participants with the annual awards
banquet. This year's banquet will be held at the Crossroads Christian Church in
Macon on Saturday, November 21st, beginning at 6:00 PM. The church is located
at the north end of Macon, just north of Sydenstricker's off of Hwy 63.

The evening will begin with a carry-in meal and will be followed by the
auction and awards presentation. We ask that each family bring at least two
covered dishes and at least one item for the auction, as it provides much of the
funding for our awards program each year. When deciding what to bring for
the auction, we would suggest horse-related items or western themed decor.
Please remember..these proceeds fund our awards! So, please bring an item
you would like to buy yourself!

Officers for 2010 will be elected immediately following the banquet. If you
are interested in an office, or know someone who is, please be sure to let
us know! We will need two voting delegates from each club there, including
Green Hills circuit clubs that held a dual point show, if possible.
