CMSCC

HISTORY				CMSCC was first established in 1975. The territory of this organization shall include an area of approximately a 100 mile radius from Moberly, Missouri, designated as the center of the area. The principal office of the organization shall be in or around the city of Moberly, State of Missouri.

PURPOSE				Our purpose shall be to promote and further the pleasure of horseback riding in the designated territory. To encourage good sportsmanship and proper conduct among horsemen and horsewomen and to encourage proper and humane handling and care of horses, to prevent cruelty to animals. To promote the education of all individuals in member clubs, in the care, use, handling and development of horses and horsemanship.

*MEMBERSHIP*				CMSCC does not permit individual membership. However, any properly organized saddle club or civic organization in the designated territory may become a member of this circuit upon application. For further information concerning membership please see CMSCC By-Laws.
